Curious to understand the magic of the Gong? Interested in knowing how to play the Gong?Meet the masters yourself from the comfort of the Hold Space studio as we cross over to Nepal for live 1 hour session followed by 1 hour practice with practitioner Becc Gray.

In this workshop we cover some of the fundamental elements of The Gong and explore the many ways in which this instrument sings.

You will take the mallet into your own hands and experiment with these variations allowing you the opportunity to take what you have learnt during the workshop and experience the depth of healing available.
